US Prime Dental’s SMS Alerts program provides subscribers with appointment reminders, important office updates, service notifications, and exclusive promotional offers, including complimentary consultations and dental implant–related promotions. Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction and preferences.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message confirming your removal from the program. You will no longer receive SMS messages from US Prime Dental thereafter.
Rejoining Instructions
If you wish to rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may sign up again through our website, complete an in-office consent form, or text an available opt-in keyword (if provided). Once re-enrolled, SMS communications will resume.
